Resumen Biográfico
Nació en La Habana, Cuba.
Hizo la primaria en la escuela Hermanas Giralt y Julio López.
Hizo la secundaria en el Instituto Pre Universitario Vladimir Ilich Lenin.
Estudió la licenciatura en bioquímica en la Universidad de La Habana.
Hizo su maestría y doctorado en Microbiología en la Universidad Federal de Río de Janeiro, Brasil.
Actualmente trabaja en INDICASAT AIP y es asesora de estudiantes de licenciatura y doctorado.

Premio TWAS (The World Academy of Sciences) Young Investigator Award de 2015 por sus contribuciones significativas en Inmunología.
